HAPPIER AND BETTER 26TH

Romper & Sunnies: TBazaar |  Footwear: Praiaz | Bag: from a HS lovie

Late post of my 26th birthday OOTD (I had the time, finally!) wearing the classy romper I bought from Trendsetter's Bazaar. There were taken in at Puerto Prinsesa airport and credits to my friend, Dy for the shots, love you! :)

I had the "artista birthday be like" because of back to back celebration/meet ups with my friends and I cannot be more thankful; my heart is delighted and full. Thank you to everyone who became part of this another chapter in my life.

PS. my IG account is always updated you can catch my latest posts there. xoxo.

CLASSIC WHITE

Off Shoulder Top, Jeans and Sandals: TBazaar | Bag: Longchamp

Hello, August! I'm back from my busy/full of errands life and I should be sharing my Ilocos trip here with my love but we had so much photos so I decided to just keep it on my FB and IG feed. You can just scroll on my IG to find the photo album like post -- GY and the 8 awesome attractions in Ilocos and 2pm ATV ride around Hannah's . :)

Let me share my Kathryn like look from the last Trendsetter's Bazaar event in WTC. It's my first time to try this off shoulder top and I think I did a good mix and match here. What do you think? And do you want a quick tip on how I dress up? I keep it balanced so, I no longer do the too much skin showing look like wearing a tank top and shorts (unless I'm in the beach). Now, I prefer wearing tank top + tattered jeans or shirt + high-waist shorts in that way everything's nice and steady. :)

I'm in need of new clothes and I can't wait til the next Trendsetter's Bazaar, are you? If yes, better save up now and let's go bazaar shopping this Aug. 25-57 at Megatrade Hall. xoxo.

BRIGHT AND BLUE

Off Shoulders Top: Vanilla Breeze Clothing | Washed Out Jeans: F21 | Bag: Longchamp | Sneaks: Whoopy Shop

This is a 3 week old OOTD taken from a weekend date with mama. Prior taking these shots, I had my monthly hairtat and decided to go for something summer (see photo below). This is also an unforgettable day for me and mama when we signed up and pledged for the "Save the Children" program. We were oriented by the 2 volunteers in the mall where they had a mini booth and explained how the campaign works. They even showed us pictures of the achievements they have accomplished for the past years.

Save the Children is the world's leading independent children's organization -- aims to protect and support children who are in need. You may visit their website here. Like me, you can also be part of saving and making the world a better place for thousands of children. This program also made me realize how fortunate I am right now and to share what I have even just a little will be such a great help. :)

And so.. mama and I had the best seafood brunch bonding at Seafood Island; photos here. We went home right after we eat because we can't stand the super hot weather in an open mall. Haha!

Happy Easter everyone! :) xoxo

TAKE IT LIGHTLY

Dress: Mura Shop Clothing | Bag: Longchamp | Sneaks: Bershka

OOTD last January 29 (with only 3 hrs of sleep) when I attended the Christening of Baby Margaux and yes I'm a ninang again. Hehe. I opt not to dress up so I just wore something light and close to white. If you like my dress here, I bought it from Mura Shop Clothing boutique at the Trendsetter's Bazaar event and I really love the pieces they're selling. Aside from the fact that the clothes are trendy it's also very affordable plus first time to own a Longchamp and a gray colored bag (another new fave) :) I can't wait til the next bazaar happening this Feb 24-26. See you there?

Credits to my georgie for the photos and for my simple FOTD. Love you :) What can you say about my look? Feel free to let me know. I still have 2 more upcoming backlog OOTD posts, stay tuned! xoxo.

RUBY RED

Halter top, Heartbeat necklace & Culottes: TSBazaar | Block Ankle heels: Monique Collection

Photos taken last January 28 during the Welcome Home/Birthday dinner for Ate Jhan along with the other January celebrants from the fambam. So.. I was obliged to wear color red and it's very usual for me but this classy OOTD is one of my favorites (I look like a walking Red Velvet slice. Hehe!). I felt so chic and sexy that's why I'm loving red now. Haha! I'm proud to say that all pieces I'm wearing were brought from Trendsetter's Bazaar plus I had my nails done by Posh Nails, MOA branch. Yeah! I traveled from MOA to Robinson's that day, it was super hassle and what's the ending.. of course I'm a late comer but I got rewarded with a shrimp and mushroom pasta plate. Yay!

About the fambam day out.. we had dinner at Italianni's and coffee bonding at CBTL. It was indeed a blissful day for all of us. Credits to my cousin, Meggy for these photos (I love you, bhe! :))

Few days before Valentine's.. for those who will be celebrating this special day with their partners, enjoy and make the most of the V day. For those hearts are still healing because of a recent break-up, chin up, smile and celebrate your independence. For those who are single, date and spoil yourself with everything you think you deserve. And for those who are just happy and chillin' (just like me.. haha!) spread the good vibes and love to everyone because at the end of the day there's someone who always have your back. :)

Saying my advance Happy Valentine's greeting to everyone! Always, love.

I'M MISSION POSSIBLE

Catsuit: Cinderella | Ankle Strap Heels: WBazaar | Bag: Girbaud | Hair & Makeup: Ystilo Salon

My glam and classy look last December 11 for IBEX Global's YEP 2016 held at Valkyrie club. Finding what to wear on this kind of event (which is my usual problem) didn't became a problem at all because believe me or not the catsuit I'm wearing was from my closet that I hoarded from a bazaar shopping I had way back. It's really a perfect timing that the company's YEP theme is #MissionPossible where employees should wear something that has a touch of black, red or white color. And the pair of black strappy heels is a dream come true and just like you, I love it, too. Thank you for all the compliments. Yes, I'm Mission Possible. ;) xoxo.

Did you noticed the different ways I carried my bag on the photos? That's a plus on this post. One of the reasons why I love sling bags with handles, you can carry it in various styles depending on your mood. Now, if you'll ask me how's our YEP, it was a blast! I really enjoyed the moments on the dance floor and I'll definitely go back to Valk.

Sharing my once in a year grand event preparation below. Haha! :)

A day before we celebrate the most beautiful time of the year so early as now, I'm sending my Happy Christmas message to everyone visiting my page and reading my posts. Thank you, thank you! Stay tuned for more. <3

BOMBER MODE

Cropped top & Bomber jacket: TBazaar | Sling bag: GBazaar | Jeans: H&M | Sneaks: Bershka

Sharing my OOTD from the Fetty Wap Challenge vlog I previously posted. I'm finally wearing the bomber jacket I bought on a bazaar event (I just forgot the name of the stall where I got it but I'll try to remember) and it's my new fave piece of clothing now. For a change, I wore my black sneaks to match with my black knitted cropped top. Most of the pieces are from my bazaar shopping and I'm happy with it. All pieces are unique and affordable. This look is somewhat similar from my "The Fan Beneath" post but I always make sure there are variations on my outfits. What can you say?

So... I've been planning a lot and keeping myself busy of so many things lately. I don't know my mind is just preoccupied with work and other stuff and I like that feeling. I'm learning to do little things for myself that I've never tried before. I'm learning to focus on my priorities and always be better. I'm learning to veer away from conflicts and stress. I'm learning to give myself a break when I need it and enjoy the last 60 days of my 2016. Let's just say I'm building the best version of myself now for my 2017. I might be too early to talk about next year but time flies so fast and who knows tomorrow when you wake up it's already the 1st of January. :)

Christmas feels is everywhere. Spread the love. Oh btw, hello November! xoxo.

YSSA THE EXPLORER

Jumper Dress & Glasses : TBazaar | White top: Cotton On | Bag: Thrift Store | Sneaks: Whoopy

Sharing what I wore during the last day of Windows Training which is also our Graduation Day held last October 2 and yes, I'm on my fave white sneaks again. Haha. This is also the reason why sometimes I'm not on weekends off and sometimes I get long weekends off. Haha. I've learned a lot from the training and I what I liked the most is the hands-on activities. Thank you, Equinix for this opportunity and Pheonix One for the completion certificates.

Another backlog post for this month and stay tuned for more. :)

Dedicating this post also to my future new, I know you're just out there and I'm not in a rush, I'm still healing and that's why I'm posting the fave quote I read somewhere by Rupi Kaur...

I want to be full on my own.
I want to be so complete.
I could light the whole city and then
I want to have you cause the two of us combined could set it on fire. 🌙🌸

NOBODY'S BETTER

Halter top: Bazaar | High-waist: Your Eyes Lie | Bag: BU6

Hello October! :) I only got 3 months to make the most out of my 2016 and I just can't wait to finally experience the "I'm free" moment of my life. I can't elaborate more because I know it's been a while already but because of wrong decisions and uncontrollable actions, I had to experience it the hard way; and it's okay. It was just too late for me to realize the worth of everything that I'm doing and most especially my worth as an individual. Let's not discuss the detail of the catastrophe because it's way too much than I expected and worst part of it... the story got twisted. It's kinda funny and I can't comment anymore. The good thing is I'm out of the crazy game and though I'm on my own now, I'm happy. It's the time to open my heart and mind to something new and I truly deserve. Cheers! :)

Let me share the lyrics (not all though) of my post title and I'll post my Fetty Wap challenge video soon. I'm just finding the right time to record it. Haha!

Do you really wanna put it that way?
Is that all you have to say?
I gave all my love to you
And you're throwin' it all away
It was not too long ago, you were sayin'
"Baby won't you come my way?
Cannot, cannot keep you out my brain"
So I gotta know

Baby can you tell me how you feelin'?
I ain't feelin' the way I'm feelin' about you right now

See I really wish that I could believe
The words that you are sayin' to me, baby
I need a little bit more from you than that
I need a little bit of honesty
Let me know when you're ready to love me
Baby let me know when you're ready to love me
And only me, yeah

Baby what you give is what you get
Talk to me, forget the rest
Nobody's better by your side than me
Baby what you give is what you get
Talk to me, forget the rest
Nobody's better by your side than me
Please don't take me lightly
I like you and you like me
I won't believe the hype, baby
If you treat me right
Please don't take me lightly
I like you and you like me
I won't believe the hype, baby
If you treat me right

THE USUAL

Top & Shorts: Bazaar (forgot the stores where I bought the pieces) | Bag: BU6 | Footwear: Praiaz

Do you love going to bazaars? Do you like buying those chic pieces with a very affordable price? If yes, then I suggest you have to achieve that kinda trendy look first. Sharing what I wore last Friday when I went to Trendsetter's Bazaar at WTC. Whenever I go to bazaars I always go on my usual style and just add a new detail on it. I'm usually a cropped top + high waist + rubber footwear girl (my white Praiaz is a fave and turtle neck tops are sexy). I thought that since I'll be spending most of my time walking around with a lot of people and fitting clothes in different stalls; I need to dress light and comfy.

I'm so happy that I was able to buy a lot of new stuff and a little hesitant but ready to give up the old ones in my cabinet. I just need time to organize everything. Time I need time. Haha.

How's your September so far, everyone? Few days left before we welcome the new month and few months left before it's the beautiful time of the year again. Let' make the most out of our everyday. :)

PS.
So,  I'm trying to imitate the high tied-up hairstyle of AG but I guess it's not that too visible on the photos (#feelingera)

THE ART OF SELF-LOVE

Tank top & Jeggings: Cotton On | Cardigan: Factorie | Sneaks: Whoopy Shop

In this life full of drama, challenges and confusion; always remember that the only person you got is yourself. You cannot really depend on someone for your own happiness and validation because the only person who can decide for you is yourself. Whatever you wish to do has nothing to do with the other person's opinion because you act for yourself. Everything boils down on you simply because no one can ever control your life except you.

Yes, I agree that life is unfair and life will never be perfect but let me tell you that no matter how hard life can be there are reasons to be happy and miracles to appreciate. It's around you just don't forget to put yourself first.

Before you can really taste the art of self-love these are the things you need to work on with yourself first: realize all the things you've done in the past, forgive yourself, take time for yourself, make up for the missed opportunities with your loved ones, show kindness, never hate, appreciate the little things around you and truly love yourself. By then you will eventually see that you are changing for the better and you'll feel very thankful.

Know what you need to learn from yourself, one day at a time and choose happiness always. :)

THE FAN BENEATH

Top: Bazaar | Pants: H&M | Sneaks: Bershka | Bag: Girbaud

Running errands on a very bipolar weather and can't decide on what to wear? I totally feel you and honestly it's one of my biggest struggles everyday. But let me give you my personal and simple tips on how to survive a busy day while wearing that nice OOTD -- 1st, go for something comfy to wear it can either be a cotton shirt or loose top. 2nd, choose to wear jeans or pants (it's up to you what kind of  jeans just make sure it matches your top). Don't wear a bottom piece that will make you feel uneasy while you are travelling. 3rd, go for leather sneaks or rubber textured shoe wear or slip-ons because nowadays there's always a high possibility of rainfall (I hate rainy days! Haha.) 4th, carry a small or medium sized bags and don't forget to bring your umbrella. :) Overall impact, simplicity at it's best!

Enough of the OOTD part because the highlight of my post is my 4th hair tat below. So, if you'll just deeply analyze the title then you know what I mean. I mean, you. Let me try to connect... In the span of how many days not even a month yet I was able to prove and knew a lot of things -- combination of good and bad, real and unreal, facts and lies then my brain started to filter. So... Sometimes I wonder but most of the time I disregard because seriously what's the point. Sometimes, I don't get the part of "on and off" but it only means one thing and trust me it's really funny. Sometimes, unexpected scenarios happen and you'll just feel thankful about it.There are a lot of miracles happening everyday and all you have to do is open your eyes and appreciate all of those.

At the end of the day, it's always rewarding to celebrate your blissful solitude because you choose to go up and be enough while the fan is just beneath.

So sad that I missed the Hydro Music Fest. :(

D WKND JMPR

Jumper: Zara | Bag: ABKD | Sunnies: Bazaar | Shoes: Praiaz

Sharing my kinda late post OOTD from last week. I didn't get the chance to open my laptop and post this because I'm still adjusting with all the changes that happened since last week specially with my new work place. I'm saying hello to EDSA already but that's fine, I'll get used to it.

I just love the suggested look on how I should wear this jumper so, thanks to you. :) I might post another look wearing this old school garb. Haha. How's your July so far? It's rainy season again. Keep safe and dry. Be thankful, give love and smile. xoxo.

RED

Dress: Cotton On | Bag: Bazaar (iamthedoll) | Sneaks: Whoopy Shop

My birthday OOTD last July 6 and of course I'm wearing my red birthday dress. :) Thank you so much to those who attended my #YssaTurns25 naturally neutral themed party yesterday. I know the weather is not good and I'm already a little bit worried that I might have fewer visitors than expected but the people from last night, you are all awesome because you were able to make it (teary-eyed). I'm just happy and blessed. You all made my birthday super special. I love you all. <3

PRETTY IN PASTEL

Mid-rib top: BFAS | Jeans: H&M | Sweater: Penshoppe | Bag: AMBLVD | Sneaks: Whoopy Shop

Since the #BU11xPassionFly OOTD theme is pastel, here's my version it. Looking at these photos, I fell in love with myself  for the sole reason that I only had 3hrs of sleep but still managed to look delightful. (Do I, really? Haha.) :)

Okay. Enough of the story behind my look. The bazaar was held at Green Sun Hotel and many thanks to Kat V. for the free passes, me and cousins enjoyed the experience. It's super blockbuster that I cannot stay long on a specific blogger booth to choose clothes because of people flow but swear there are a lot of awesome stuff to buy (crossed out 3 items from my list). I'm also happy to see and have pictures/selfies with my fave/inspiration bloggers.
Til the next BU event. :)

Credits to my cousins, Meg and Jona for taking these perf OOTD photos. And oh, it's June! :))) xoxo.
